You received the wrong product (incorrect item or variant).

Requests must be made within 24hr of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  • If approved, we will guide you through the return process or send a replacement product at no extra cost.
  • If your refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
  • If your exchange is approved the product will be delivered to you within 5-7days
