- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, we will guide you through the return process or send a replacement product at no extra cost.
- If your refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
- If your exchange is approved the product will be delivered to you within 5-7days
